(UPDATE FOR DECEMBER 2017!) On the first of Dec. 2017 Japan has finally provided the IAEA with a copy of a report on the discharge record and the seawater monitoring results at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station during November, which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent to all international Missions in Japan.
